our first paralegal went to work for our opposing counsel and nobody had the courtesy to inform us. I found so by looking at LinkedIn while he was our prime. we were given heather barnes who hadn't renewed her licence and opposing counsel refused to conduct business until she paid her dues in good standing. she drove around Burlington on Halloween evening looking for a tribunal after I told her she had to file on king street in Hamilton for LTB. that's 101. her emails to opposing counsel were full of spelling mistakes with no signature. the owner Michelle took over the case because heather was stressed out by our case even though we had a committee member of our own who had graduated as a paralegal and put the case together for them. Michelle the owner is rude and has every excuse in the book for not showing up for a call and not once in a year did we did feedback, what the plan was and we had to send the file 4 times over. Carly wrote to our 84 tenants dismissing our case from their firm causing a huge fire to be put out by the tenants working with this firm. the stress caused was unreal. they were slapped when complaints were given to the law society that education and practices be reviewed. carly offered our full retainer back only if we promised not to complain to the law society or leave bad reviews. they kept the $500 they charged for eventually filing because we refused to sign an agreement not to complain nor forearm innocent people wasting their money, time and well being dealing with people. read more

You submit your documents, they review them and send them back to you with bullet points on any corrections necessary. You make the corrections and send them back to Precision and they file your documents for you. I highly recommend them. This place is terrible. I called for various matters and the staff told me that they only deal with chasing people for money owed in unpaid debts, so my matter was not in their mandate. And the basic free advice from the staff is useless, minimal and a waste of time. I learned nothing by calling them and asking basic court procedure questions. Not happy and never coming back. Honestly, What is wrong with legal people - they NEVER want my money. Can someone please answer this question for me: What do you do when the people who are supposed to help you get justice cause more problems than you had before? What has happened to this country?
