My mortgage agent had to send the mortgage kit over and over again because she could never reach him either. I had a problem with the condo I purchased and he refused to negotiate and advocate for me other than sending a letter, which didn't resolve the issue. He did not help me at all even though I was paying him to represent me. Very disappointing!!! Overall, a very stressful horrendous experience. I went through a couple years of being denied for disability and SSI. I was denied 3 times but we…read moredid not give up. They handled getting all my medical records and continued to appeal. It was frustrating how they deny people that really deserve it. Finally after about 2 1/2 years of fighting I finally got approved. They were with me for the whole process. Explained what could happen and gave good advice. I am so thankful that I didn't give up. There was no way I could work again and I worked full time from age 18 to 56. Not like I was trying to get stuff I didn't deserve. It was a process but in the end it was well worth it. I highly recommend them.
