I told them if my situation and that I just needed it to go away to get rid of stress and focus on rebuilding. The deal was to offer a sweet proposal. It all started with ignoring my pleas and/or requests of what I needed, and furthermore, later leading to a greater failure of communicating properly. Certainly not the legal representation I was looking for. Save the anguish and retain another firm.
