Iv painted bedrooms in the past but with my busy schedule there was no way i could find time to get done on my own. I had thee bedrooms roughly 12x15 in size and it was all completed in 2 days time. If i had to do it, it would have been multiple weekends for me. Not only was the service fast but they helped me move the furniture away from the walls to create space for them. Im very pleased and would use them again in the future for any other painting needs. Also i cant forget, it did not break the bank. I had other quotes, and these guys were right in the middle. I didnt go with the cheapest but they stand by their work and got the job done exactly the way I expected.

Oh well, the $8000 job goes to someone else.

I recently hired Madalina Construction to remodel my kitchen, and I am extremely happy with the…read morecompleted project. I had split up my project with Madalina performing the tear down, which included the take down of cabinets and tear down of a pantry and a wall, installation of electrical, lighting, and a gas line, etc.  We had to change the design unexpectedly because my original vision could not be achieved, but it turned out even better because we removed a load bearing post and opened up the space even more!  After installation of cabinets by a second company, Madalina came back out to complete the project by painting, and installation of the countertop and backsplash, plus all the finishing touches. Madalina's team is very professional, dedicates attention to detail, and is responsive to design preferences and any requests to address concerns you might have along the way.  I would recommend you solidify daily, weekly or total project timelines in advance because the company might be juggling other projects, as you might expect in this line of work. Though both my fiancé and I are able to work from home, which allowed for more flexibility, and because we wanted to be home during project work, we would have preferred more specificity as to the schedule because it was just looser than we desired.   This issue wouldn't prevent us from hiring them again; it's just something we would discuss with the team before the next project. I definitely recommend Madalina Construction to anyone looking for high-quality remodeling work. My new kitchen is both beautiful and functional, and I owe it all to their excellent work!

They were communicative and priced for the quality work they performed. He brought along drywallers, carpenters, and of course, painters. I appreciate their flexibility as we encountered many unexpected problems with the house. They are all-around good guys and I recommend them highly.

The first time, small bathroom remodel (new…read moretoilet, new tub, tile on tub surround, new tile on floor, and subfloor repair) I was super impressed with the professionalism and quality of work. The owner, David, even stopped by to see how everything was progressing. The second time (subfloor replacement and tile work in rental property) I had a "project manager", Chris, who really just moved the payment process along. He never came to the job site to check on the worker, progression of job, or quality of work. So, not really a true project manger. The worker came, accommodated not working once tenant was home which was appreciated, was friendly, and completed the job. Tenant did report that once the work was done, the job site was not left as clean as it could have been. Tenant reported hardened grout left on outside of tub and door handle, dried blood in tub, sink left dirty, worker did not vacuum where work was completed, and mortar on front doorstep. Chris did offer to send the worker back but tenant had already cleaned up. Cost was at the midpoint of all the bids I received and seemed fair Overall, I probably won't use them again on such an extensive job. Would consider them for smaller jobs.

We got two estimates for painting the exterior of our 3100 sq ft home. Both contractors recommended Sherwin-Williams' highest-quality exterior paint. Both contractors use rollers and brushes, not sprayers. Both contractors estimated to finish in approximately 7 days. The difference in price was amazing: Esteban quoted us exactly half "the other guy". Esteban is an affable, joyous man who takes great pride in his work. He has a two-man crew whom he treats very well. They arrived at our house at precisely 8 am every morning and worked until around 4 pm each afternoon, with a much-deserved 1-hour lunch break under our trees. They worked quickly and efficiently. They removed and reinstalled all exterior hardware (e.g., lighting fixtures, wall-mounted television, outdoor speakers). They were very clean. Each night, they tucked their equipment on our patio. They made no mistakes, caused no damage to our home, and left our home looking better, much better, than before. Most impressively, they finished in 4 days: 3 less than estimated! Because Esteban is a small businessman, he accepts only cash or check. No Venmo, Square, or Apple Pay. He and his crew truly impressed us with their work ethic, pleasant demeanors, professionalism, work quality, and efficiency. Their low price was a huge bonus! We have nothing but praise for this company and will invite them back, should we ever need our interior repainted. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
