All I can say is WOW! I called today to ask if the dr. was accepting new patients, and was told, "yes, he is". Great! I explained that I was a seasonal resident, and would be in the area in about a week, and asked if I could see the doctor sometime after that. I should have stopped right there. As soon as I mentioned that I had a partial knee replacement a year ago, she cut me off mid-sentence and said, "we don't see those patients. If you've already had surgery, the doctor won't see you." I've never heard of a doctor refusing to see a patient because of a previous surgery.
If that's his policy, so be it. But the receptionist's rudeness was off-putting to say the least. I wouldn't call this office again for ANY issues I might have. read more
