If I could give zero stars, much better! I contacted this business on 5/26/23 to hide some wall…read morewires. The owner Kurt came who's originally from California. He put one wire through a hole already cut by the building contractor. He went into the second bedroom, looked and stated he needed to go and buy shorter white tubing for the cable. So I paid him $100.00 cash (2 hours) with work to be done per verbal agreement (my mistake!). He left the wires hanging from the wall in the bedroom. I then gave him $300.00 to purchase two garage storage units at Home Depot. They each costs $150.000! Since that time, it's been numerous excuses to why he couldn't return to do the work. Today (6/7) another excuse...I had an appointment for 12 noon, he Texes to state he'll be here at 1:30 p.m. or SO? I finally had enough and asked him to return my $300.00 or the shelf he purchased at Home Depot. NO RESPONSE... I texted 4 times today and he will not respond to refund my money. I've been taken and robbed of my money. Run for the hills, this is everone's nightmare from dealing with a private individual versus a legitamite service that's backed by a receipt and warranty.
