The price is more than fair. They go above and beyond! You will not be disappointed.

Finally done with backyard shade! I finally found a great contractor after 6 burned us…read more If you're looking for more affordable alternative to a pergola I highly recommend Loera'z Jorge construction or any general construction job. They did such an amazing job. Here's why they got 5 stars from me: -answered every call and text in a timely manner. -quality quality quality work (example, they didn't cheap out with the poles but got sturdy thick 2.5" diameter ones). -communication is stellar, they are great at letting you know the status (example, I added another pole but they couldn't come until they finished their job they were working on and they made sure I knew that before they accepted the job). -they also fixed my rockwall where it was cracking. -they clean up after themselves and do the right thing by the client by keeping things neat and organized. -they warranty their work (one of the poles didn't set correctly so they redid the whole thing to make it right). I would highly recommend them and will use them again when we build outdoor patio bbq and redo our flooring and kitchen. They also helped us fix electrical problems that another electrician left.

I found CR Painting by searching the BBB website. I saw other reviews and hired the company…read more(Caesar Flores) while crossing my fingers. I do not live in El Paso anymore but needed someone to paint my rental property. Caesar and his crew at CR Painting exceeded my expectations. They finished a day early and completed all of the necessary work for my home. I gave him an idea of what I wanted done to my home and he gave me a good faith estimate. He called me everyday with updates and even sent pictures to me along with the invoice over the email as requested. I felt comfortable knowing that he was taking care of my home. Even when I sent my cousin to take a look at the home and make sure everything was in order, they (homeowners too) wanted to hire him to complete some painting in their home. I would definitely recommend CR Painting to any person who feels like they need a trustworthy contractor. He is honest and does awesome work. Even though the previous reviews did not say too much, I wanted to make sure that my review outlined the level of excellent customer service that his company provided me. Especially since I do not live in the city and we had an agreement over the phone, he did everything i needed him to do and more. Please hire this company. You will not be disappointed. (Side Note: he only took care of the interior of my home. I am sure the exterior work will be just as nice when the time comes for me to get it painted)

Handyman shoutout: Abel Valdez I posted on Nextdoor looking…read moreto refresh our pergola and Abel was the first to respond and the first to come out with a quote. That already told me a lot. What he did Removed a torn tarp and installed a new one (measured + stretched perfectly) Restained the entire pergola Added outdoor curtains on 3 sides Helped move very heavy backyard furniture Cleaned up everything after Why I appreciated him Our pergola is a weird shape and not level or symmetrical He measured everything carefully and priced it fairly (around $400, which matched other quotes) Super detail-oriented and actually listened to my input Never made me feel "picky," which matters when it's your home Communication Started the same day Explained why the stain needed to dry overnight Messaged me the next morning to communicate timing Came back, finished the job, and did it right ‍‍‍ Bonus: He and his crew were kind and patient when my family helped a bit. I wanted my kids to see the work that goes into maintaining a home, and he made space for that. The pergola looks clean, refreshed, and solid, and we feel confident it'll last a few more years instead of rotting out. If you're looking for a reliable, respectful handyman, I'd absolutely hire Abel again. Abel Valdez - 575-618-5351 (West Side El Paso)
