    I work remotely for a professional services firm and needed to get a proposal printed and delivered…read morelocally (local to the UPS store, not me) the same day. From my first phone call to the final (documented) delivery by one of the store managers, I was impressed by the kindness and willingness to help make it happen! If I lived in the area I'd be glad to go back. But, if I ever have a proposal that needed shipment in nearby MO again, I'll definitely give them a call! Thank you Star, Stephanie, Jim, and Phyllis for making my day a little easier and less stressful.

I called and immediately off the bat The woman I was talking to was giving me attitude. The lady insisted it was my fault and would not even listen to me and just kept cutting me off before I could even finish a sentence to explain the situation . I asked to speak to a manager and she immediately was giving me attitude talking down to me and sticking up for the lady and was just as rude. They ended up finding the package just collecting dust on a shelf because they didn't know where it went... The fact is is that the guy that packed the package for me said I was good to go. I paid and left two weeks later. I called to find out that my package was never sent. It's my fault and I'm the one that gets belittled and talked down to instead of them just saying sorry that they made a mistake. Clearly the manager and this other coworker were friends and had no intention of being a professional with me immediately from the start of the call. I also have proof that the email was sent on the day they boxed it up and forgot to put it on. I tried telling her this and she just interrupted me and said " THAT DOESN'T MATTER!" I asked them if I could email them the shipping address and they could put it on and ship it out for me and immediately they said, "No why should we need to fix your mistake? You're gonna have to come in and get the package yourself." So after being belittled and bullied, they still wouldn't just resolve the situation so I went in. I went in and when I said I was there for the package calmly and respectfully, I was met with rolling eyes and rude demeanour. I asked them if they could please print out the shipping address for me so I could put it on the package and she made me pay for it when I have a receipt that shows I paid weeks before... She didn't care. I never make reviews and I'm a very levelheaded person. I couldn't believe that I was talked to, talked over and yelled at by two girls one being a manager instead of them just trying to fix the problem. I asked for their names and they wouldn't give them to me. I have since been going to the Arnold store and they have been very helpful, friendly and amazing. Trust me, it's worth the extra drive!

    I always try to support local businesses with both my personal and professional purchasing. For the…read morepast seven years, Ink Spot has printed many meaningful items for my family -- from my wedding invitations to my children's birth announcements and birthday party invitations -- in addition to larger orders I've placed through the department where I work. Unfortunately, today that relationship ended over a $1.61 charge for envelopes. After being misquoted for a set of double-sided birthday party invitations and requesting matching envelopes, I received 14 invitations but only 7 envelopes. When I emailed to share that the envelope count seemed short, I was told not to worry and that additional envelopes would be set aside for me. When I returned to the store to pick them up, I was asked to pay $1.61 for the envelopes. I explained that I hadn't brought money because I didn't expect to need to pay for something that appeared to be part of correcting the order. The situation was reviewed, but the interaction was handled with a less-than-helpful attitude. Ultimately, I chose to walk away rather than continue the conversation over $1.61 -- because to me, it represented something larger. Over the years I have referred friends, family, and colleagues to Ink Spot, and I've valued supporting a local business. Situations like this are rarely about the dollar amount; they're about customer care and recognizing when a miscommunication has occurred. With that in mind, I'll be taking my business to HiTec moving forward, and I've shared my experience with those I've previously recommended. I share this feedback sincerely and in the hope that it helps reinforce how meaningful thoughtful customer service can be to long-time customers.

    Above and beyond in every category imaginable…read more I'm in my second job now that requires a good amount of printing of posters, fliers, banners, and promotional materials, and lord knows that can get expensive. When operating on a limited budget, the last thing I want to do is shell out tons of $$ on printing. CPS is the perfect solution! My contact over there, Dwight, is the picture of professionalism and customer service. All I do is let him know what I need done, and he gets quotes from a bunch of different printers and tells me about the best one. Doesn't get much easier than that! There was a time last year when I needed something done really fast, and Dwight actually brought the finished product to my house at 9:00 at night. He responds to all of my emails right away and I always feel like my projects are a priority, even though I'm sure they have much bigger fish to fry than my parties! Highly recommended for any printing needs you may have. I'll be using these guys for a long time!

I was so impressed with the personal involvement that Dwight Stagg from Creative Printing Services Inc demonstrated starting with the bidding process all the way to delivery. Dwight fought hard to get me a competitive bid, but just as important the quality was top notch! I will definitely be a repeat customer of Dwight's & CPS and help spread the word on this great company!
