There were multiple delays in processing the order and the glasses, and it ended up taking substantially longer than I was originally told. After multiple delays I picked up the glasses and explained my frustration to the person serving me that day. The doctor was out that day but she later personally emailed me and apologized for the delays. Also, her office wrote me a letter with attached discount if I would give them a second chance. It was great customer service and I appreciated it. We all deserve a second chance. I would consider going there again. I am quite happy with the glasses as well.

Everyone in the office was very friendly, and it was a welcoming environment. I checked in and did the typical insurance exchange. Within a couple of minutes Dr Schaefer came out to get me. At first I thought I had the summer intern, as he is a young looking guy. I am at an age where I can fortunately choose Doctors that should outlast me, so that I don't have to adjust for someone new. Dr Schaefer may be young, but that comes with a huge benefit. Everyone in their life has met with a care provider somewhere that has decades under their belt, and they show it by asking a couple of questions, acting burdened, and rushing off to the next patient. Dr Schaefer was the complete opposite. He was patient, answered all of my questions, and was highly professional throughout. He definitely fits the requirements for a Doctor, and I will recommend him to anyone I can. This office is extremely lucky to have him! Thank you Sir!

To finally get to the bill you had to go through several different sites and steps to get to an Internet site! After getting into the Internet bill, there still was no explanation as to what was done with the total amount of money I paid on the first visit! When I called, I was told that was all there was! Had an appointment for eye exam at 3:45 showed early, did paperwork and waited for almost an hour before called back. This is where I really regretted making my appointment here. Dr. Jonathan Nebelsick is very quick with his exam. Not giving me enough time to make selections between numbers. He seemed very rushed and like he had something better or more important to do. Which I thought was very rude and not doctor like at all. And my wife agrees as her appointment was rushed. I was prescribed progressive lenses. I just received my glasses from GlassesUSA, as I refused to go back to Pillen for picking out glasses. Needless to say this "new" prescription is no better then my single lense prescription from last year. They claim to be the cheapest in town. Which I'm sure they are. I had to cancel at the last minute twice due to medical issues and they were understanding and worked with me to finally get in to get my eyes tested. I am very thankful for them because I was still having migraines. I'm hoping as I adjust to prism glasses that my migraines subside. He also tested me for sunglasses to help with light sensitivity. I got the FL41 and they are helping me deal with the LED lights. I will be returning next year!

When I called Pearle to make the appointment, I confirmed they accepted FEP Blue. Wasted two weeks waiting for the appointment only to get a call two days prior to say they didn't have my insurance information. When I got in contact with them, they told me they will not accept FEP Blue. Multiple failures now have me looking for another appointment with long waits. But rest assured, they would be more than happy to see me if I paid cash. Seems to be some sketchy business practices to me.
