A year ago, Dr. Morris performed cataract surgery on both my eyes, and he was absolutely wonderful. Sorry to say, I can't say the same for the office staff. I was recently there for a 1-year followup. A girl did the usual testing on my eyes and then dilated them, then took me to the waiting area. After a VERY long time, I finally stopped someone and asked how much longer it would be, as people were coming and going, and I was still waiting. They sent me to the desk. There, the girl looked and said she didn't have a paper on me! I did finally get to see the doctor, but I felt bad because a friend had brought me and was left sitting in the main waiting room all this time. Actually, this is not the first time this happened to me in this office. After my first surgery, I went for a checkup and then a lady took me to a room to schedule my surgery for the other eye. I told her I wished to ask Dr. Morris some questions before I scheduled another surgery. Appearing very aggravated with me, she slammed my chart down on the table and led me back to the waiting room and left me there. It was getting close to closing time, so I finally went to the desk and asked what was going on. Only then did I get to talk to Dr. Morris. All in all, this office has very nice, competent doctors, but they are way overstaffed when it comes to office help. And I have seen the lady at the front desk be snippy with patients (as noted on another review) and also, the girl who checks the patients out when they're finished is a tad smart-mouthed. If I didn't like Dr. Morris so much, I would never go back. read more
