There was only one other person there and they were being scanned. That was my reason for not giving them 5 stars. The place is very clean and the ladies are nice. I like the open MRI because I don't like. Eing closed up in tha round machine. Since I was having the MRI on my neck, I had to be all the way in the machine. Some nice music was playing and I kept dosing off. Once started, i was only in there for about 20 minutes and then it was over. I waited maybe 5 minutes and she handed me the disc of my scans. The MRI tech was super nice, she checked in on me frequently, made sure I was warm enough & put on WCLV so I could chillax to some wonderful music. Prior to the second visit I was led to believe there would be an adjustment within this office, that did not occur as I was referred to another Chiropractor that "she does a lot of business with" and I have a witness. She was additionally pushing for an MRI for self pay that I would have to sign up for. These remarks of an MRI were disturbing as I do not have health insurance until July. I, again brought my support system, whom is my partner/boyfriend to this second appointment today 06/09/2026. I was disrespected as she directed much of her attention and explanations to him rather than to me. Her actions were inappropriate, as I expected information regarding MY health treatment to be communicated DIRECTLY to me. This experience left me unheard, disregarded and fully dissatisfied with the care I received. While I understand I signed an ROI, that not does mean that the doctor should direct all of the care, while face-to-face, with the concerned patient, treatment as well as further follow up to my partner/boyfriend as I am very well equipped, intellectually to comprehend the diagnoses. With all of the above being stated, this entire experience was absolutely insulting, full of disappointment and a hinder toward encouraging positive healing, health and well-being.

BEWARE! Nightmare Billing Department. I was sent to PDI (never again) for a CT scan. I received a…read morebill for over a thousand dollars. I called PDI & said that they are in-network and that my insurance company will pay most of it. IT TOOK OVER A YEAR to have this bill submitted correctly due to PDI's lack of submitting it correctly to my insurance. PDI threaten me with collection agencies. My insurance even stated someone at PDI isn't submitting it correctly to them. Today, I get a call from a collection agency that PDI took me to collection! Really? The large bill was paid by my insurance and I owed a tiny amount. I was never sent an invoice, called or contacted by PDI for the small amount. Bam, just sent it to collections! BEWARE! PDI billing is a nightmare to deal with. Shame on you PDI billing.

A week later I found out from my insurance that PDI never submitted the bill. So on Feb. 27,2020 PDI submitted the claim and was promptly payed $272.90(I had a co-pay of $55.00) On April 28,2020 I called and spoke with Amanda in billing. She said there was no record of my payment. I then e-mailed her my payment receipt and a copy of my EOB from my insurance carrier. She acknowledged the e-mail and that I was due a refund of$272.90. To this date I have not heard anything. The next step is an attorney. I will never recommend this service provider to anyone. And I work for a big trucking outfit.My insurance carrier is also on notice.

My insurance is terrible, so I wanted to make sure I priced around. Cleveland Clinic [who I got passed around to several people when calling] left me frustrated and without a quote. I found the Women's Diagnostic Clinic online and gave them a call. $220! I couldn't even believe it! So I scheduled an appointment - they had great availability and were super nice on the phone. When I arrived at my appointment everyone working was amazing. I feel like so often in the medical profession the people are unpleasant. They just clearly don't want to be there and don't care about you. Not here, I had such a great experience. The woman who did my ultrasound was awesome, and I left feeling like she really cared about connecting with me as a person and felt pride in her job. Before I even left she told me she thought it all looked very good, which was reassuring and put me at ease. I will probably even go back when I decide to have kids because it was just such a great experience. Icing on the cake, my bill was only $75! Oh and I got a call within 24 hours with the results. Nothing ended being wrong - win win!

The pharmacy is to the right side when you walk in and there is always someone at the entrance of the hospital to help direct or assist you. Also, the pharmacists are always friendly, helpful, and quick. I usually go in, but they also have a curbside pick-up option as well.

In all my 62 years here on Planet Earth, and my many visits to doctors and 'Urgent Cares' living in 3 states, I have NEVER been asked to keep my credit card on file! Security breaches are known to take place at a lot of institutions, and hospitals and care facilities are not exempt. If, after they run my insurance, they feel I owe them money, send me an invoice by mail! In essence, if your card is on file, they will probably charge you what they think you owe them, even BEFORE you've had the chance to dispute any billing charges with them, or your insurance company! The practice of hospitals and Urgent Care centers keeping your credit card on file should be shunned, or illegal!
