I wish they had an…read moreoption to simply buy vacuum access, though the cheapest wash was only $5, which is still pretty decent. We bypassed the wash and went straight to the vacuums. The staff were helpful, providing free alcohol wipes and car fresheners. There was also access to microfiber towels and sprays if needed. I noticed some reviews mention the vacuums have terrible suction and others say they're excellent. Personally I'd say they're pretty decent, enough to get by, but nothing spectacular. Be careful with leather seats, the vacuum can leave scratches because the edges are rough and worn. However, I'd certainly return again if I needed the service. The vacuums did the job, and that's what matters.

It's very easy to get in and out of the location and the staff is helpful when needed at the check in kiosk or afterward while you vacuum your car out. I like that they have carpet vacuums and regular vacuums. Every nook and cranny gets vacuumed in the vehicle which is great when you have a kid and dog in the car all the time. They offer microfiber rags and window cleaner, along with air fresheners. I wish they offered other cleaners as well in addition to the window cleaner. Unless I need the car detailed, I will continue to go to this location for routine cleanings.

I purchased the $20 package and arrived around 930 am. Surprisingly they weren't as busy as they typically are. Once they had completed the cleaning I went to inspect. I moved the seats to the side, as my seats slide, and they had failed to clean in that area. I went back and waited until I was called again. 2nd time back and when I checked again, some of the trash had fallen into the trunk which I pointed out to them. They vacuumed the area again. I also pointed out that they failed to clean my back window. They finally got it right after the 3rd time. I feel like I shouldnt have to be pointing these things out

The actual car wash itself was spectacular, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the vacuum area was clean and easily accessible. Charged After Canceling & Manager Was Rude -- Beware…read more I canceled my membership in person about three months ago, and I haven't used this car wash since August 27, 2025 because I got a new vehicle and didn't want it washed here. Today I checked my credit card and saw they've still been charging me every month. I called corporate at (706) 938-0991, and they told me to speak with the location. When I went in person, the manager was rude, refused to refund me, and told me to call corporate again. I even called corporate standing right in front of him, and both sides kept pushing the issue onto each other. No one took responsibility. After reading reviews, this seems to be a pattern: people being charged after canceling, being signed up without permission, and being denied refunds. I've filed a complaint with the CFPB.
