Our experience with Moss Busters could not have been better…read more Trent and Alex showed up on time knew exactly what they were doing ! They knew every piece of equipment and how to use it. They got busy on the roof. Took down a few branches that were too close to the roof, cleaned and treated the roof in a reasonable amount of time and we're done. It was amazing. we highly highly recommend them! The pricing was the best of any moss removal company we contact! Could not have been better ! We highly recommend them and we'll use them again we needed !

The thing I like about Mossbusters is they don't just knock off the big pieces of moss from your…read moreroof and apply the moss inhibitor powder like the rest but they actually take care of 99% of the moss. When they finished the job, I could see only very tiny moss on my roof, but it was very very small. That's what sold me on them. You get immediate results after the cleaning rather than having to wait on the moss inhibitor powder from kicking months down the road. Having said that their prices were in line with 3 of 4 quotes I had gotten and I was able to call someone on the phone and ask several questions that they did a great job answering. The only issue I had was that they had to come back to my house two more times to get the job done right. The first time they had a miscommunication with my gutters that was stated in my quote but wasn't done, so they came back and did it. I managed to catch them where they weren't that far away. The second time, was because I requested it because they missed washing a gutter and the ends of my gutter on my dormer were not quite clean. I took pics and sent it to them for proof. They did call me back the next day and apologized and had someone come over in the afternoon to clean the missed gutters and double check all gutters. They did clean all the debris quite well, in fact it looked better than when they started. I really appreciated that. Roof looks great, gutters look great and I'm satisfied, however I was told I would get before and after pics and it's been a few days so far and I have not gotten any pics. I would use them again but definitely recommend double checking their work to make sure nothing was missed.

Wilderland Roof and Window Cleaning - Our team getting creative to deal with some heavy moss growth!

Disappointing Experience -- Customer Questions Seem Unwelcome…read more Well, Max initially communicated with us by email and seemed like a friendly sort of chap. After a few exchanges, we were handed over to Peter, who was equally friendly at first. Rather than coming out to inspect the property, they provide a basic quote based on Google Maps. We answered their questions and asked a few of our own. After several more days of correspondence, Peter informed us that they had a particular way of doing things and, apparently, our job wasn't a fit for their service. All we wanted was to have our gutters cleaned. We didn't want the roof cleaned, anyone walking on the roof, our downspouts disturbed, or our underground drainage pipes damaged. Nor did we want downspouts carelessly plugged with a blower, or the downspouts simply ignored altogether. I've personally maintained these gutters for 35 years, but at 72, I'm no longer keen on crawling around 30 feet off the ground. Having done the job myself for so long, I know what matters to us: attention to detail, care for the property, and integrity. We were polite and patient throughout the exchange. We simply wanted to understand their methods and make sure our concerns were understood before hiring them. Unfortunately, our questions seemed to wear out their patience before we ever got to the point of scheduling a job. Apparently, asking too many questions is enough to get shown the door. In hindsight, I'm glad we discovered this before hiring them rather than afterward. We want a service provider who welcomes reasonable questions and takes pride in doing the job properly. It seems this wasn't the right fit for either party. Good luck to them!

4 Seasons Soft Wash & Pressure Wash - Commercial complex roof and gutter cleaning!

I am very impressed with 4 Seasons Softwash. From my initial appointment to look at my roof and…read moregive me a bid, Braelen, the owner, has been professional. He examined my roof and explained in detail every step of the process of removing the moss. I have a tile roof, and moss has accumulated more in the past few years than I could imagine. Braelen's bid was not the least expensive, but he was very competitive. When I received the bid, it was detailed, with a copy of his bond, license, and insurance. I was concerned on several levels. First, my roof is tile, and I did not want anyone unfamiliar with tile roofing. It is too easily cracked. Secondly, all of the other bids I received said they would remove most of the moss, and the rest would fall off with wind and rain within six months or so. The warranty was also essential. This was not an inexpensive process, and I certainly do not want to repeat it every year - as I have been doing with less expensive companies. Four Seasons offers several years' warranty - no charge if moss returns and then adds a couple of years onto that at a 50% discount. That's a generous warranty in our weather. The workmanship was exemplary. They have state-of-the-art equipment in good condition. The four-man crew began at 8 a.m. and did not close up until 7:30 p.m. They not only removed all of the moss and did a soft wash afterward, but there is not a bit of moss on my deck, landscaping, or sidewalks around the house. Braelen thought there would be at least 100 pounds of moss. There was much more! And it was cleaned up completely. The crew was quick, efficient, and careful.... I cannot say enough positive things about the way this company functioned. I highly recommend them.

Now the windows just water and a brush no soap. They got the surface dirt off but all the windows are still dirty. Called about it and they wanted to make it right set up a new appointment no call no show until I texted 4:30. Appointment was 1-3 time slot said they be here at 5:30 I had wait but had other plans. Windows still dirty and this was a big disappointment and a waste of $315. Conversation Braeden was not good treated like a dumb person. I have a lot of knowledge in construction so really didn't like his attitude. Ask lots of questions on the process. Highly would not recommend this company.

I would fully recommend this local family business, and will absolutely keep them in mind for future jobs, such as installing pavers, etc.

I live on a property with 4 free-standing condos. We have a common area that is required by the HOA…read morerules to be maintained. I has asked for a quote for the entire property, including all 4 private fenced-in areas. They replied with a quote of around $400, so I accepted and paid the fee. Then, they upsold me on the added weed-killer treatment, so I paid more for that. Then I was advised they had to come out a few days before the yard work to do the treatment, so I agreed. They came out and sprayed for weeds, but missed several spots and completely missed the private areas, however, I did not even realize they only did the common area until later. Additionally, they sprayed my neighbor's very beautiful ground cover in the parking strips in their driveway and killed the entire large patch of plants! Later that week, they came to finish the yardwork, and much to my dismay, when I returned home, they had missed the private areas. Also, I could not tell any difference in the common area from before they had allegedly done the work. Also, to my confusion, they had not touched the private areas! The yard people we paid much less money we had before did the entire property, and I mean they were out there for 5 straight hours, raking up all pine needles and hauling them away and really making the place sparkle. I looked at my RING Camera and watched them. These guys were out there for less than one hour. Didn't rake up anything and missed many weeds all over the ground! I'm not even sure what they actually did, since everything looked the same. I contacted the company and they were a little dismissive about it all. I advised them that my quote request was not just for the common area, but for the entire property, and I even showed them in the original email request. The only reply was basically, "oops, sorry", and a new quote for around $1200!!! I also informed them they killed all of my neighbor's ground cover plants, they didn't seem to care much about that, either. Additionally, we discussed the lack of actual effort put forth by the work crew, and again, just "sorry". I was going to remain silent and just chalk it up to having made a VERY BAD decision by hiring this company and apologize to my neighbors, profusely. However, just the other day, I received a bill from them after months of silence. So, I am here to warn anyone reading. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!
