I call to state my case and I was told the car was always parked inside which is ridiculous due to the small space in the shop. I called twice and was told the owners would be calling me back. It is now 3+months later and I'm still waiting. It cost me $250 to have the car detailed to remove the stains. Unacceptable and lacks any professional integrity.
