When I called the owner to complain, the owner said he would take care of everything. He asked me to write it all down in a letter, then after receiving the letter, he would not return my phone calls. Out of curiosity, I went to the person's Facebook page who had come out and he had terrible things on it against women! I have since found an excellent plumbing company in their same town who is absolutely respectful and fixed everything JR Plumbing left undone. They were appalled at how I was treated by JR.
