I don't think I've ever done a tire alignment on my Tacoma 2015. Soldiers, may be you were a MEPS waiver understand you have to plan ahead. You may have to wait a little. I brought my vehicle in multiple times for the exact same…read moreissue, and instead of properly diagnosing the problem, they kept replacing parts and billing me each time while the issue continued. It felt more like guesswork than competent repair work. I eventually took the vehicle to another mechanic, who quickly identified the actual root cause and repaired it for a fraction of the cost I had already spent at this shop. To make matters worse, the second mechanic also found defective work from Brakes n Axels that is now causing additional issues. Paying repeatedly for unsuccessful repairs is frustrating enough, but finding out that previous work was poorly done makes it even worse. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. I also found out that they charged me for a job that they never did and when I confronted them, they got very rude and told me see you in court crazy how they went there, but I guess that's what we will do then do not trust these people. They will charge you for things that they do not do. They are not good people. Do your research. They also have a F with a Better Business Bureau.
