There was only one guy working in the line when I came, and he did it quickly, and properly. I am satisfied with the service. They have waiting areas outside and inside- enough seats to accommodate rush hours. They also provide basic car maintenance and repairs, I think. Call ahead to inquire though.

I spent extra time removing absolutely everything from the my truck (that I only drive about once per week but because my broken foot is in a boot, I needed someone else to do it this time) to make it easy for them. He said you're welcome to go to a detail shop. Ummm, no, I specifically came to a FULL SERVICE car wash for the hand care. Even 1 employee got pissed when he heard what the manager told me. The floors are covered in dirt too. I've been to many many full service places and never ever has the truck been returned like this. It's like they didn't even do anything. I paid $26 for a full interior (vacuum) and exterior wash. They do offer detailing services. The process is that you drive up to a sheltered area that houses the vacuums and then employees take it from there by driving your car through the car wash, and then wiping the car dry. The only downside to this establishment is its popularity. I arrived in a Friday around noon and waited a total of an hour. There were 10 cars in front of me forming two lines toward the vacuums. Then only one car at a time through the car wash. So this place is busy and you might have to invest time for a quality car wash.

The owner offers a mobile service but does not keep his word or finish the job. He doesn't even have the proper equipment to run a mobile detailing service. He came to my home and left my vehicle unfinished. He did a sloppy job on my car, and when I sent him photos, he told me he would make it right. This morning, he texted me trying to move my appointment to the evening because he let someone else book my slot, admitting he forgot to block the time out. His inability to run a calendar is not my issue. A reputable business owner takes care of the customer they already messed up on first instead of bumping an existing, unsatisfied customer for a new booking. Shifting his scheduling mistakes onto the client is trash business behavior. Do not trust him with your vehicle. Save your money and go elsewhere. Since my time was wasted now I have to act accordingly.
