So all the water runs threw the balcony down to the lower leave and then down into my basement, threw the cellar door. They did not offer us and option to close it the gaps. And now they want more money ---a lot more--to make repairs. And to top if off, they left wood and nails under the porch they did not think we would find. Yet they had a dumpster at my home for a week. Please do not use this company. They will mess things up and just ask for a 5 star review.

We hired E&E for our exterior renovation project. This was by far our largest project we have ever…read moredone. The project consisted of replacing the roof, windows, siding, front door and building a portico. Our home was built in 1966 - so the windows and siding were original. The old windows were single pane and the siding was aluminum. In addition - part of the front of the home was brick. We absolutely couldn't be happier with how the renovation turned out. From start to finish the team at E&E was fantastic. Wallie worked with us through the estimate process. Alan was our project manager. Jason and his crew replaced the roof. Johnny, Merv and Sammy replaced our windows, siding and front door. And last but certainly not least - Jordan and his team did the masonry work. There were a number of decisions/changes that needed to be made on the fly and never once did I feel like it was an issue. Alan was always reachable via phone, text and email. Johnny was onsite for the majority of the renovation - so I could always approach him as well with any questions or concerns. I'm very particular about how I want certain things and I can attest that the craftmanship is top notch. The crew is very personable, they show up on time and they keep their work site clean. Communication was poor with the company as we were never kept informed of what was going on. We didn't know when materials were on back order, or when they were going to schedule to get the work done. Our roof needed to be replaced for insurance purposes and they kept wanting to know when our roof would be done and I had nothing to tell them. Calls needed to be made several times before questions were answered or people responded. Messages left were never returned. The screen for our sliding glass door never came with our order so I needed to be proactive and tell them the screen didn't come. Three weeks later, they are finally sending someone out to put the screen on.The roofers did not clean up after themselves: I found shingles on my dining room chairs after they replaced the sky light. They did not remove the stickers from my sky light 12 feet up so now when the guy who is bringing the screen comes, he has to bring a ladder to take off the stickers.Ray (in charge of roofing) was extremely rude to me on the phone and never returned messages. Sam and the office staff were professional, but there was little chance of getting ahold of anyone to answer my questions who knew what they were talking about.I wouldn't really recommend them. I never trusted them to come when they said they would, call back when they said they would, or do anything else I would expect from a professional company. Our dealings with them over the past 10 weeks has been mediocre at best. This year: Used for: siding - never returned phone calls -after proposal was given, no followup on their end to schedule the work -after proposal, I called to schedule and they said "call us back in a few weeks. We should be less busy then." -Told them we had a deadline to get the work done due to HOA and it took 4 phone calls on our part to get them to actually give us a date to come do the work. -The work was "completed" in 3 hours and the workers left without saying anything. -Throughout the work, they were on the phone trying to figure what needed to be done because they didn't even know -We don't think part of the proposal was completed. -We received the invoice for the full amount of the proposal though we called prior to receiving it to determine what was and was not completed by the workers. We were told the manager would "ask them and get back to us. He never did. -We called once the invoice arrived because we were unwilling to pay for services not complete and the manager said "oh I forgot to talk to them." -The invoice isn't itemized - just merely has the full proposal amount. Shocking. So we have no idea what work was done, how much it cost, etc. The story isn't over yet, but you should stay far, far away. I should have learned from the mediocre job the first time around.

We set up a time and he arrived with all the plumbing supplies, ready to work. He tested the new disposal, cleaned up his tools and left. Kort is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We highly recommend Kort and his company. We will definitely call on him for future repairs!
