They don't have a very good selection of cloth diapers and the staff looked at me like I had 3 heads when I asked about an exchange and told me that it was gross like bringing back underwear(It isn't though because I only put the diaper cover over a clean dry diaper and found that it was much too big so I took it off right away). I find stores like this rip people off and turn a positive thing like cloth diapering and alternative parenting into a profit driven circus. I am using homemade fitteds and ordering covers online from now on. I would recommend looking online for cloth diaper needs and save yourself some money and have some more choices. I will never shop there again, totally not worth it.

After few months I went to use my gift card but I was shocked to see the link was expired.( no mention anywhere in the email that the gift card will expire on a certain day). Talked to them and they initially said they will fix it. Then after couple days they said bring the original receipt. I told them I did not have the receipt as my claim approved and I had my gift card. Long story short they never paid me my $110 and I felt robbed and scammed. Will not recommend this store to anyone don't go there. It's absolutely a scam.
