She fell far short of the standard that I would expect and failed to perform her role in a proactive, collaborative or coordinated manner. When she was called upon to act in what were extremely difficult circumstances she proved again to be ineffective. In addition, I found her reception staff to be poorly trained, unresponsive and totally unwilling to go the extra mile to assist a patient who is less than competant in the German language. In view of the above, I find myself unable to recommend her and must add my voice to the other negative comments.
