We went there for a family checkup. Did the dental exam for everyone, then I needed x-rays, had both the normal and the professional cleaning, plus two fillings (darn that Apfelkuchen!).
Pros:
excellent new dental technology. The lastest equipment.
speaks German and English
polite and efficient staff
good X-ray technology
knows his material and profession
good basic cleaning
the small filling was fine--fit well, good crown, very gentle approach
if a mistake happens, he will fix it immediately
reasonable price
understands the theory behind dentistry, and can quickly and accurately diagnose problems.
Cons:
The professional cleaning by the Hygenist hurt my teeth. I have had "professional" cleanings twice a year, every year, in the USA, and never had problems. I never had pain before, and had to return for an application of enamel on my lower teeth.
the bigger filling was too large, and I had to return to have it fixed. It still bothers me when I bite on it sometimes. Will have it looked at elsewhere.
not set up to work with small children; will do so, but the office is geared for adults
If you are an adult who needs a basic check-up and lives in the neighborhood, then this is a good place. For something different, you might consider elsewhere.
