He showed up when he said he would, which was early evening, when you know it's hard to add another new customer's yard at the end of a long, hot day. But, he was happy to help. My lawn was very overgrown so it was no cakewalk either. I would hire them again. To the reviewer who condemned them for being felons? You made no mention of their quality of work. Kudos for them for trying to run an honest business and make an honest day's wages on the right side of the law. As long as they are fair, don't screw me over, run an honest business, and do a good job then it doesn't make a difference to me if they have made past mistakes. Well, unless they are serial killers, lol The only thing that bothered me was that he didn't have legitimate work order sheets/ receipts. Customers need a record of payment and work done in case there is a problem. And no, I am not a friend of theirs and had never met them before until yesterday.

Jason communicated well through the entire process detailing when and what to expect. I had asked for bids from six contractors and York Concrete was the most competitive for a quality job. Most contractors wanted to pour concrete with only fiber in it for strength but Jason's bid was with fibers added plus metal mesh. He stated that York Concrete doesn't want their customers to drive on it with added weight such as a boat or RV five years later and have a problem. I also asked that he cut in the control joints as opposed to troweling them in when I ask for a bid, it takes more time but has better results in controlling cracks, that was no problem. York's Concrete crew was hard-working, cleaned up our property, and very friendly and approachable.

How helpful! The contract included Debris Removal and Primo removed it, TWENTY ONE DAYS after final payment was made. Two stars, instead of one, because the crew who actually performed the installation did an excellent job. If I could have worked with them, instead of having to go through "Primo", this would have been a 5-star review. In our case "No Hassle" meant several passive-aggressive incidents that were completely unnecessary.
