Within 2 hours, they were at our house. They were knowledgeable, polite, professional and worked until they found the nick in the electric line which happened to be under the ground in the barn. I was stressed and overwhelmed with all of the back and forth. I contacted Roger, he told me he would be out "tomorrow between jobs". He showed up on time, fixed the short-term issue in 2 hours, and told me the long-term repairs needed- said he would send over a quote for the recommended items in the next day or so.
