The manager, Nate, has always been responsive to any issues (which have been very minimal) and does an extremely good job of maintaining the property and making sure the residents are always satisfied. I have to say that it's quite refreshing to know that there won't be any unreasonable behavior tolerated at Highpoint and that a peaceful environment will always be enjoyed at Highpoint.

That is what they advertise,after all. Imagine my shock when I come home on a perfectly sunny afternoon to find inside my window pane cracked! Nothing hit it,just cracked. Do you know what Pella did about it? Nothing! Someone in Iowa without even coming to see it decided they weren't responsible. Did they even call or email to tell us this decision? No nothing from them. I have a page full of documented Nothing's from Pella! Returned calls,Nothing! Returned emails,Nothing! Promises to send someone,Nothing! So,don't spend $9k with them unless you can be positive Nothing can go wrong.

AND they would only diagnose, the parts and repair would be a separate trip and cost! Second time we've used Pella on two different houses. We are done, Anderson windows here we come. DONT buy from Pella unless you are prepared for disappointment at a high cost.

This would have taken me weeks to do myself. This was a great group of people, and it felt good supporting their cause. Please know what they are about, what their mission is and allow them time at the conclusion of their scope of work to tell their story. I felt it was important for my kids to hear their message as well and I hope to work with this group in the future and support their team in any way that I can.
