There's been an ongoing drug problem in this community for some time now and a lot of shady looking people coming and going from one particular apartment. You have to be very careful of what you say to certain people (employee included) because they like to blab everyone's business throughout the community. I can tell you first hand that despite the recent upgrades to several apartments, the negatives will make you wish that you never moved in. In conclusion of this review, I will also add that 99 percent of the community members are not friendly at all, everyone acts paranoid and as if their suffering from serious phobias!

That is what they advertise,after all. Imagine my shock when I come home on a perfectly sunny afternoon to find inside my window pane cracked! Nothing hit it,just cracked. Do you know what Pella did about it? Nothing! Someone in Iowa without even coming to see it decided they weren't responsible. Did they even call or email to tell us this decision? No nothing from them. I have a page full of documented Nothing's from Pella! Returned calls,Nothing! Returned emails,Nothing! Promises to send someone,Nothing! This would have taken me weeks to do myself. This was a great group of people, and it felt good supporting their cause. Please know what they are about, what their mission is and allow them time at the conclusion of their scope of work to tell their story. I felt it was important for my kids to hear their message as well and I hope to work with this group in the future and support their team in any way that I can.
