Had $12 go to collections. Had been going to them for years. Referred at least 3 people to them... and that $12 (that could have easily be paid upon next appointment) then meant I had to pay upfront cost before insurance (Delta Dental) before having anything done... ?! What? I really enjoyed the staff... but their loyal patients shouldn't be treated like that. I paid for 2 sets of braces and paid EVERY TIME on time except the lingering $12 from something that Oli don't even recall what was $12 or whatever small amount.... if it was like hundreds and I refused to pay or something... sure... but c'mon. Didn't care that I wasn't satisfied with my end result after 3 years in braces.. he was happy so that is all that mattered.. coincidence with timing of collections? Dr. Cole is the most personable dentist and truly cares about his patients. Every time my family visits both he and his staff truly make us feel appreciated and always have our best interests in mind. They have the most professional staff, and have an absolutely beautiful office, especially after their recent expansion. I had the pleasure of visiting Prairie Run Dental in July of 2016. I have to say that after visiting this particular dentist office I would highly recommend becoming a regular patient at this office. Dr. Cole is a fine dentist but his business office is lacking. After going to him for 11 years and racking up thousands of dollars in dental care, his office is billing me $50 for a mistake that they made after they gave us a "paid in full" invoice. Needless to say, we won't be returning. read more
