I am in sales and i was pleased with my interaction with thr manager Michael. Had a problem with one of my purchases, they took care of all the warranty work for me. Worst service and after care I have ever received. Took 9 weeks to repair my phone that had…read moreextended warranty, had to pay $157, ok. My phone came back without the battery, they don't sell batteries, I had to go to the battery house to buy a battery another $54 open my phone everything was completely wiped out. The only reason to fix a phone is so you don't lose all your contacts and pictures. Really the worst experience and totally mislead. I could of gotten a new phone, lost all my pictures of my sons wedding, dads funeral a trip to Cuba. These people are totally unproffesional and misleading, untrained staff that don't have a clue what they are doing. Don't ever buy a phone there and please never hand over your phone to them for repair. I don't even know if I got my own phone back or not. CZ
