I did find their name a tad confusing and wasn't sure if they were a craft store but once instead saw that "crafts" referred to Etsy like items. Basically I would say they are a antique co-op, where different vendors; antique dealers and artisans rent a space to showcase their wares. Each space is different in what they sell, their specials, and pricing. There was a good bit of variety between the many spaces that there's really something for everyone. In the middle is an area dedicated to silent auction items. The majority of the items were vintage or antique but several vendors had new items for gift giving (craft kits, unique timeless kids toys, etc) as well as some handcrafted vendors. One in particular was stocked full of handmade doll dresses. I bought several items from one vendor, who was running a 17% special according to the sign at her booth. I did mention it at check out, but was told they already know who has what on sale. The check out process was slow. I believe a customer a few ahead of me was having some credit card issues. At the check out they have some assorted snacks that felt old and out of place. They also do not allow customers to use their restroom. Overall I liked this store and would shop again if I was in the area.

With that being said overall I think their prices were fair and I loved that they had lots of cheap cds and even cassettes in addition to books and movies! We love Audra Hill and Gail Gray Home! I met Audra back in October...we had just purchased a new…read morehome in the summer and were really overwhelmed by decorating decisions. Too many empty rooms & furniture from our old home didn't seem to fit. Audra came to our home to take measurements and get a feel for what we liked and what we wanted to do. With all the expenses of a new home, the last thing we wanted to do was sink a ton of money into new furniture, but Audra was sure that she could make our current furniture work - just needed to move a few pieces around and order a few new pieces to finishing filling the rooms and get that cozy feel that we wanted. About two weeks later, we met her at Gail Gray to go over the design plan. We knew that we had a lot more house than we had money, so we'd have to pick and choose what work we wanted to do up front. Audra broke it out into multiple quotes to that we could see room by room impact, which helped a lot. We ended up ordering an ottoman, two arm chairs, a few throw pillows and a dining set, while still staying within budget! Her ideas gave me a few of my own for some finishing touches that I could scout out (I did some flash sales and clearance rack shopping) and keep our costs down. Now I have a beautiful family room & dining room that I'm happy with, and have the stage set for finishing a few other rooms once we're ready. The rest of the staff at Gail Gray has been great...all of the folks in the store have been friendly, and Debbie has helped us get our payments made and deliveries scheduled. Their delivery service is 3rd party but friendly & careful. Audra did a great job turning our ideas and wishes into a plan that fit our budget and our style. We'd highly recommend her. I would have thought that Gail Gray would have been outside our budget but they have a wide range of options for you to consider.
