She was defensive for our conversation, blaming the "short nature" of it and "my timeline" and said "I believe you just posted a Yelp review and I am sorry that you felt the need to post that. It is your prerogative. I wish you the best and I hope you are able to find a satisfactory resolution." So, she was more focused on defending herself and arguing she was "right" than my case.
