The only reason I have it is because it is the only service available for where I live. I call for support and each time they run through "fixing it" with me. All they do is ask me to un plug it and plug it back in or hit the reset button on the modem. That's the first thing I do when it stops working. Then they say they will have someone come look at it but can't until the next day. I called around 10:30 am for help and they said no one could come until around 1pm-5pm the following day. Ridiculous. If you are going to have a POS service, at least make up for it with a faster troubleshooting person. People have things to do that internet is required for. Can't sit for 30 hours waiting for help.

I have wasted so much time in the store trying to resolve this issue. I have been promised credits that have never came in. I was promised that they could save me on my monthly bill. I should keep going back to resolve this issue. They should be working on it even if I'm not there. Very disappointed in Verizon. It has really gone downhill. been a customer for a long time, but definitely looking to switch if this doesn't get resolved.

Unfortunately I had to choose that option. it took me over a week and two different phones to get one that worked. The one that I got works but the battery goes down fast. When they came to install, the tech didn't put booties on and tracked mud in and stained our brand new carpet, we informed him of this after my wife had cleaned up after him and he did not apologize and then did it two more times. We had to install a phone jack for the router I told him I wanted it upstairs so we could get the best signal possible but he simply told me he didn't want to do that because that's too much work and his day was almost over with so against my wishes he told me he had to go check something out downstairs and came back up and said you're good to go and he set it up where I specifically asked him not too me and my wife have been trying to get this resolved for over a year now and when we call they tell us they can't do anything and hang up on us, so we went to email, we were getting responses until I was to the point of scheduling a time for them to come fix the problem, and they completely quit replying I tried a couple days later and I have still not got a response. In conclusion if you have other available options for internet providers please explore those options this company is absolutely terrible and they have zero customer service skills. They don't care or even try to act like they care about their customers, this place is a joke, I am almost to the point of going without internet just so I don't have to deal with them.
