1 star for the Sales Manager -- no issue with anyone else at the shop. TL;DR: There are two MT-03's in the store, but they wouldn't let me buy the newer one. I'm going to leave this review in a conversational format, so enjoy the ride. Background: I saw two MT-03's listed at Powersports Northwest and was able to negotiate a price I liked over email. I got a check ready, drove two hours down south to see the bike in person. When I arrived, I learned they had two new MT-03's in the showroom: - One showed obvious signs of being test ridden (let's call it the old bike). - The other was fresh and untouched (let's call it the new bike). A test ride had been promised in our email conversation, but when I got there, I was told I couldn't test ride unless I was fully endorsed -- meaning I had no way to check the bike's condition before buying. Two different salespeople tried to push me toward the old bike, even though I repeatedly said I wanted the new bike. Eventually, they told me the Sales Manager wanted them to sell the old bike first. That's when the conversation started: Me: "So I saw two MT-03's in the showroom, why can't I buy the new one?" SM: "Because the manufacturer is going to charge us money if the bike is sitting there for too long, so we have to sell the old one first. What's wrong with the old bike?" Me: "But if you don't sell, you're going to pay for that new one regardless. As a customer, I hope you can understand that I'm buying a new bike, and I have a preference for which one I'd like." SM: "You are NOT getting that new one! If you don't want the old one, we'll just sell it to someone else, no problem. We have rules here that we sell the old bike first." Me: "Oh, is that rule communicated to customers? How would I know?" SM: "Well, did you ask?" Me making this face (:O) and speechless for a bit. (Omitting some repeated back-and-forth -- volume was raised a bit on both sides.) Me: "Well, how long have they been sitting here?" SM: "I don't know, we'll see." (Walks to another office and pulls the file for both bikes) SM: "The old one arrived in Feb. I DON'T HAVE THE NEW ONE!" (Looks outside to his apprentice salesperson) SM: "Yo, get me the paper for the MT... That new one arrived in July. We are not selling that one." SM: "What's wrong with the old bike?" Me: "If you look here, here, and here, there are obvious signs of people test riding it." SM (shrugs): "Whatever dude." Me: "If you're not selling it, why put it here?" SM: "OH! YOU KNOW WHAT, IT'S NOT EVEN SUPPOSED TO BE IN THE SHOWROOM." Me: "Alright then, put it away if you're not selling it." SM: "I will!" Me: "Alright, see ya." SM: "Bye." SM then tries to act tough -- both hands on the handlebar, pulls in the clutch while holding some paperwork, and manages to push the new bike about 5 feet away. I assume it's going to storage since, according to him, it's "not supposed to be in the showroom." At this point, I walk away. I stop by the entrance to thank the salesperson who had the good email conversation with me. Then I glance back to see where the new bike ended up, and guess what... It's right back in its original spot! (See picture 2.) I didn't end up buying the bike, but at least now I have a story to tell my friends. read more

I Purchased a brand new cbr600RR Turns out it's a Japanese version once I needed to replace a fairing and or add frame sliders. All aftermarket pieces are not fitting and I'm directed to a Honda dealer to $$$$ pieces. I called the dealer to explain it to them with the vin and never received a call back after calling 3x and told I was getting a call or explanation. Standing behind the deal that was agreed upon. Bought two machines from them asked for the service side to do the oil change and supply labor only. Verbally told we don't usually do that but sure we can do it. Now it's time for the service which I have the parts for that I bought from them. And now the salesman Joshua and finance manager Daryl have amnesia. Both basically told me I made it up and they don't do that. Avoid this dealership. And save yourself the headache. have bought lots of things from this dealership in the past, but will never buy anything from them ever again. tried to put a deposit down on a new bike and immediately found one at another store, couldn't get ahold of the sales agent for months to get my deposit back. finally did end up getting my deposit back, but as a retaliation they refused to sell an atv I had there on consignment. talk about customer service, what a joke. read more

Don't bother!!! If i could give this place ZERO STARS, I would!! From the lack of knowledge on the sales floor to the lack of communication from the managers, there is no motivation to do business with the customers. When asking the sales guy about manufacturer deals etc, he knew nothing. I had to do my own research...and only once I brought the deal up to him, was he like "ummm, lemme check". Why does a sales agent who's job is to sell atv's and bikes NOT know anything about the deals going on?!? Then when talking about additional warranties, the sales man told us no problem only to find out AFTER making a purchase that there was no warranty available. So I moved on to the sales manager to discuss these issues, he was just as bad!! I was told via email that he'd get a quote started on an after market warranty and have it out to me the next day. Yeah.....it's been over 13 days and not a word from the manager. I even reached out about the lack of communication and still nothing. Because of this, this business has lost out on 2 additional sales. I will now drive 40 minutes out of my way to have knowledgeable staff help me over this place. read more

Came in with my son to get to get his tires changed and this was the only day we could make available for getting them changed. So we came in with them and they said that it will only take 2 hours or maybe even less. 2 hours later they hadn't even started replacing the tires, when asked they said it will be another hour or so. to add to our frustration we even took the tires off of the bike. what a waste of an after noon will not be going back again. read more

Brother and I were going in to take a look at what they had in stock and we were just minding our business and a gentleman comes up to us and asks what we are doing in there and we told him we were browsing and seeing what they had and he said in a rude way "okay so you're just mopping around in here". With the new recommendations regarding masking, I understand that businesses can still ask vaccinated patrons to mask. What I do not appreciate, is that the entire staff (not exaggerating) if they were masking at all, were wearing masks on chins or barely over their mouths with noses completely exposed. We went to ask for assistance , the lady behind the counter (who had a mask not covering her nose and only partly covering her mouth) interrupts my husband and yells "UM I AM GOING TO NEED YOU TO PUT ON A MASK"! He apologizes and puts one on, and there are 3 other patrons and 2 employees in view not wearing them. She was abrupt and somewhat rude the entire time. Not a great experience. read more

Purchased a new sxs . Had them put on the street legal kit which includes a turn signal lever mounted under the steering wheel. The idiots in service installed it so you could not move the lever down because it was blocked by the door. If you pushed down to slide it along the door it activated the horn. Took video of issue ,showed to salesman who sold it to me. No "sorry sir" he acted like it happens all the time.(probbly does) said bring it in and we will fix it. I live 40 miles away. Why was it not checked and fixed before delivery which was late. I would never let them touch one of my rigs for fear of what they would screw up. I now have to drive an hour to get it serviced for warranty. Read the other reviews before doing business with this co. Buyer beware. read more

I spent 6 months finding my Yamaha FZ1 at a good price from a dealer that wouldn't try and upsell or swindle me. Found them. Bit of a drive...I live in Vancouver, but well worth it. Price for my bike was nearly 1500 less than anywhere in my area, and I was never pressured or dealt with in any way that left me feeling swindled. In fact, I felt like I was family. After my bike purchase was completed my wife and I walked out just marvelling at how well we were treated and how nice it would be if every place treated their customers with such honesty and dignity. read more

Customer sevice,whats that?Oh that's what you get here...for sure.Just bought a new left over 2016 goldwing and couldn't be happier. Let's talk about Brian in sales,great guy,super thoro we were going over a inspection of the bike when he noticed some extra parts in the storage compartment still in the bag.One part was obviously an electronic adapter for the stereo but the two other parts were bracket supports for something, Brian knew what they were right away, they held the windshield on. I can't tell you how he saved me from getting real hurt or even worse hurting someone else. Brian is a goldwing owner and works on his own bike,he showed me some photos of projects on his bikes and they are extensive and that's why he knew what they were.Now I have to say it was NOT the dealers fault,they apparently have the bike assembled by a subcontractor at a different location, I'm not sure why but they do.Powersports nw tech installed the parts with no problems.Brain called the subcontractor and got them straightened out I'm sure.This experiance was great,Brian is a real asset to this establishment, financing was a breeze.I live 150 miles away, next toy I buy will be purchase here,NO DOUBT.Thanks to all the staff especially Brian read more

I was disappointed at some of the prices on the new bikes as they were pretty high, but was happy with their customer service in their repair shop. My motorcycle needed a new engine, and they helped me source one online to be able to stick with in my restrictions of my budget. However, I would have probably purchased a new bike if the prices were a little lower. read more

The main experience we have had here has been trying to get our Honda lawnmower repaired. It was a very negative experience; my husband did not feel he was treated with respect, they did not want to listen to what he had found out at another repair place, and they did not fix the mower. They did not attempt to deal with the actual problem, which was a design flaw in that particular model, and Honda had recommended fixes for this issue. Powersports refused to fix this and the issues continued with our mower. After returning the mower several times because it wasn't fixed, we finally just sold the mower out of frustration. We will never use their repair shop again. Some of the staff were rude and disrespectful. We have heard good things about this place of business, but our experience has been otherwise. read more

To anyone who reads this steer clear of this business in every way possible. I brought my 2 quads into have work done on them traveling over a hour and a half. The service was beyond reprehensible including a full service that was supposed to be done but wasn't however they still charged me severely for it. Once the units were picked up the first trip out on them which was less then a month from pick up the brakes failed on one of the units and the battery had been shorted out. I know this because I just purchased and put in new batteries less then a month prior to taking them into this shop. When I contacted Jeff --- one of the owners of the business to inform him of these things and many others he had the blow me off attitude and that they did everything correctly and there was absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE or SATISFACTION from him in any way. I will never take anything this place again and will go out of my way to let everyone know of their lack of service. I am even filing a complaint with Polaris since they are a supposed dealer through them. EVERYONE go somewhere else not here if you want decent service and things to actually be done they state were done. read more
