I called them because my power was out in my lower part of the home where I live. I am 9 months pregnant and expecting a baby any day now as a single mother and I also have a 4 year old. We had an appointment to meet at 330 pm today. They did not show up and I received no phone call. I got off of work early just to meet them. When I called them at 3:51pm, I was given an excuse that it was because of the rain and no apology for not being given a heads up. Then I was told that I had to meet them between 8 am and 3 pm in the future. I explained to them that I cannot do that because of my job and that I can't take off of work to meet them and that I am due anyday now and so this is very important. At this point, they said find someone else and hung up on me. When I called back I received no answer. I don't know about you but I have been seeing a pattern in the lack of professionalism of several contractors in this area. This is unacceptable behavior and if we don't share it amongst each other these people will never change. Do not use Hall Electric Contractor, LLC in Spartanburg, sC
