This was my favorite cleaning company in Greenville because they were really friendly and did a…read morethorough job. However, today I had a cleaning scheduled for 9am. Around 9:10 am, I was stressed because no one showed and I had another appointment to get to at 9:15. I called and received a text back saying "will call back". After replying letting them know to not come due to them being late, I then received a call. There was no apology or attempts to reschedule. Instead, he asked if and why I couldn't leave a key for them. All of this is unacceptable! Show up on time and value your clients.

They dusted baseboards and cleaned bathrooms and kitchen exactly as I asked. Floors and entire house looked and smelled so clean. I was happy with price and time spent cleaning. I will definitely use them again and recommend to others!
