Paint over wallpaper has bubbling and numerous visible seams. We will have to have these areas repainted. Jeff assured us he could paint successfully over wallpaper by mudding, sanding, and using oil based primer. This process was not used. Extremely disappointed with experience and insulted with the price hike. We did not give in to this. Beware!
