This workout is exactly the kind I look forward to. All movements are targeted, intentional, and do not strain your joints, as you are actively working against your own body weight. There is an instructor for every personality and ability but my favorite is Karlie. She wants to know everyone's name and if you have anything that would require modification. They are also the only spot in town with a Sauna, Steam bath (all though it does have a tendency to go down, which all stems rooms do), indoor pool and outdoor pool. Prices spiked after COVID but I feel that was expected as less people go to gyms now and that sneaky inflation. Also their staff is always extremely friendly. Chris, one of their sales associates, is a real good guy who works hard and is there to help you out. I'll go here as long as I live here! One knock... BRING BACK THE TOWELS!!!
