They just happened to have the unique tire size we needed for our vehicle and the mechanic went over and made sure it was safe for my husband to drive the car across the road to the shop to save us $$ on towing. They got us 2 new tires and we were in and out in no time! The guy at the front desk seems to have dementia. Be easy on him. He is a nice/good guy. He will ask you several times why you are there. It wasn't a bother to us. I treated him like I would anyone that has dementia. I saw many other reviews about him and how he was rude or forgetful, etc. That wasn't the case. He has an illness. Be KIND! He is still working! They not only got us in and out in a jiffy, but they also were pretty darn cheap. Not nearly as expensive as we had expected. The mechanic was really good at helping put my husband's anxiety to ease by explaining to him and showing him that it wasn't as bad as it looked. We would DEFINITELY go back if we lived in the area.
