They did a poor job of power washing our house, and then they ruined our vinyl siding, trim, doors, cement patio and deck when attempting to stain our wooden deck. They used a sprayer to apply the deck stain, but they did not protect the surrounding areas. They got red stain all over the place and hadn't finished the job before they left and did not come back to clean up the mess they created for two weeks. During that time, the red stain cured on everything. They came back for part of two days to clean up the mess, further damaging our vinyl siding and wooden deck. At that point I messaged them not to come back until we had assessed the situation and authorized them to return. We decided not to have them come back since they only seem to create more damage each time they came. We had to repair/replace all the damaged areas. The company never published or provided their address, only a cell phone number. I was able to obtain a second cell phone number and a couple of email addresses, but of no use. An address we found let us to a condemned building in Norwood, MA. We did send a message to them through the Yelp site, asking for them to pay for damages. They replied to my first message unprofessionally, and then have ghosted us since. This project was conducted in Rhode Island, so I reported them to the RI Contractors' Registration and Licensing Board, but of course, they have no license in Rhode Island. They are now working on our complaint. Bottom line: DO NOT HIRE THEM! I have loads of videos and pictures of their faulty work, but too many to post here.
