If I lived within 60 miles I would be your patient/customer. Anyone who follows Victor the Good Boss on social media will see the incredible good will Dr Arcay showed someone in need. To me - this shows that this office and this doctor have heart. I am very serious when I say that if I lived within 60 miles I would go here because I have a real fear of the dentist. I go about every 6-8years because of my fear. This act of kindness, of humanity shows me that these people would not ignore my fear. They would be compassionate and kind. I want you to know, I admire and respect what you have all done. Bottom Line: I have family in south Florida and I have flight privileges........ I just might make this the place I go every 5 yrs.

Kaitlyn did an amazing job! Everyone there was so nice, everything was described very well, and they were very professional! Also, I have been to a couple dentists lately, who have tried to oversell me on work to be done (i.e. scaling and an additional crown), where the experience felt like I was buying a car from a pushy dealership. They DID NOT do that at all at Lighthouse Dental. Dr. Cassandra was very straight forward and honest about my needs, and made me feel comfortable about whatever I decided. I'll write another review after I get my crown next week! I definitely recommend Lighthouse Dental of Tequesta.

The only thing above expectations would be the waiting times. In an office that is seldom if ever full with multiple empty chairs you still end up waiting at least 45 past appointment time. I'm not sure if the doctor is having financial issues but it is generally customary to be billed AFTER services rendered. Unfortunately in this office things work backwards- when the secretary Amy could not figure out how to update our insurance information (or was too lazy to do her job) Dr. Barredo basically held my wife & child ransom and demanded immediate payment. Mind you she is an IN NETWORK PROVIDER FOR OUR INSURANCE company which includes 2 basic cleanings & X-Rays as part of plan. This was over a month ago! The following day when I informed incompetent Amy that she is an in network provider I was told that the doctor had to wait for the insurance companies check to clear prior to reimbursing me?!?! I have never felt so disrespected or taken advantage of as a customer. I plan on pursuing with insurance company and making them aware of what one of their providers is doing to good paying customers. No telling how many false billable issues they can invent and demand payment. No wonder the office is always empty:( Cannot wait to take my families business elsewhere.
