We were not in town for more than 30 minutes when this happened. On new years morning I called and spoke to the owner at 7:45 am he told me they were open and his tire mechanic would be in at 8am. Praise the Lord he was open and it was able to be patched. They were very nice, quick and did not gouge me for the fix. Once inside its more strange layout. The interior is open yet split by a Carl's Jr. The Carl's Jr is in pretty bad shape, not well maintained and full of flies and questionable loiterers. Public restrooms are basically filthy and falling apart, but they get the job done. The mini mart of the plaza is fine. Friendly employees and they have all the snacks and items you could need. If this place had plentiful parking and clean well maintained restrooms it would be a much better travel plaza.

The staff people were very friendly and helpful as well. The cashier asked if I had a PowerMart loyalty number. I then remembered that I do indeed. By entering my number I received a good discount. He let me know that every time a member uses their number to purchase gas they automatically get .16 cents off per gallon. What great employees!
