It started with a small leak then it got pretty bad and we were losing fuel fast. We ended up capping the fuel from the tank and decided to hit the road. On our way we tested our luck and stopped in the Cummins in Ventura. The service department help desk was very friendly and accommodated us right away. They're technical, Briar, diagnosed on the spot and was extremely knowledgeable and was able to quickly identify the issues. He resolved the problem quickly and thoroughly tested to make sure the leak was gone. We so Thankful and Grateful to the whole team at Cummins Ventura for their time and their expertise. Long story short, they picked up the generator from my house, repaired it perfectly, cleaned and tuned it up, and then delivered it back. They also took the time to teach me how to properly maintain it so it doesn't happen again. Would I recommend them? Absolutely! They're not the cheapest, but in my opinion, they're worth every penny.
