The kids classes are really great and Coach Jorge does an amazing job working the kids out while still keeping it fun. In fact there are a few autistic kids in my son's class and I have been incredibly impressed with Coach Jorge's ability to work with these kids and keep them engaged. I feel our son has improved his skillset and attitude exponetially since he has been attending the class. My wife also attends the Women's only boot camp and loves it. In fact it has worked out perfectly as she can attend boot camp while our son does his class. This is a small local owned business and you can see that Coach Jorge cares about all of his customers. In fact, he did not discontinue any classes during the COVID quarantine. He held daily zoom training sessions with the kids so they got some activity while at home. My wife's boot camp also had regular zoom training sessions which I even took part in. Overall, Coach Jorge is an amazing guy so if you are thinking about signing up for MMA training or even the Women's bootcamp I would very highly recommend!

He's only been training for a month now and I can already see a difference with him getting out of his comfort zone and gaining confidence little by little with every class. Coach Jorge structures the classes perfectly so the kids stay engaged and focused throughout. He not only teaches them great discipline but also talks to them to build them up emotionally and mentally. The program is not only teaching my son physical skills but also building his character. In my opinion, you can't get this value anywhere else. Highly recommend!

The owner is nice, never had a problem with her. Ms. Mira (front desk) on the other hand is so so, she's nice but when it comes to situations I can tell she's not really sincere about helping out. I was letting her know about if she can make sure my children changes his clothes and as I walked by she said in a low voice "and the payment" , it's how she said it, I don't have a problem with paying. They help with homework which is a plus. The Kung Fu exercises are great. The facility is clean the lady who cleans it is very nice nice as well. Be careful though with you child's belongings label everything. My child left his things there and it got taken. How? I don't know. It's a small business and family operated, you would think they would be able to see if someone would take someone's things because it's not that many children that go there. Maybe about 20-30 children and it's the same ones from after care to summer camp not too many new ones so they know all the children that come in that place and they should remember their belongings as well. I asked them if they seen it, of course they said no. I asked to see the video footage, they said it was inconclusive because it was too many children. To me they made it seem like oh well u lost your stuff, and I get that but in a small family owned business I didn't expect that. And with the amount of money that runs through that place they need to be more diligent of a situation like that. Eventually I just got my child's shoes back, after they sent a mass email to all parents. I reregistered my child, which I don't know why we have to pay again to register if the child has gone there before but I did because overall the program is good.
