I called asking if they took walk-ins, but the receptionist was hesitant as they were super busy.. she was still able to get me squeezed in within the hour. I brought my cat in & was greeted & checked in quickly. I didn't wait long to be moved to a room either. While in the room the vet tech was very kind, caring, respectful, and she answered all my questions and concerns. She was very compassionate and understanding. The doctor didn't take long to come in- he was very knowledgeable, understanding, and thorough. I decided to put my cat down, and they allowed me to take all the time with her. There was absolutely no rush. They were extremely compassionate and gentle. Even the front desk receptionist. She was also very kind and gave her condolences.
As for their prices they were EXTREMELY reasonable. I went in thinking I was going to spend at least $1000. Not even close! If I would've gone the surgery route to remove her mass it would've been around $200-$300 (give or take). Her cremation was about $150. Which compared to Florida is pennies on the dollar. Very affordable prices.
I stand on if I could give 10 stars I would. Between the amazing staff & affordable prices this is a vet I'd recommend to locals & even non-locals.
