Great place in a very convenient location. Don't judge the book by the cover: the outside needs some love but inside the washing machines and dryers all work great. You need to bring €10 with you for each load. €7 for the washer (you get a token via a machine) and €3 for the dryer. The soap and softener are included. We met many friendly Americans there and swapped travel stories while we waited. We grabbed a delicious burger from Oh My Bun a few doors up while we waited. We don't stray far while we waited but there was a great feeling of camaraderie with many ppl from different countries. We looked out for each other. Best laundry we have been to in Amsterdam The place is clean with easy to read instructions BUT you have to read the instructions Only odd thing is less dryers than washers so some people had to wait for dryers Great coffee shop across the street called Happy Feeling and a pub right next store that opens at 5pm fairly quiet street Soap is available from machine make sure you set temps on washing machines before you put money in. Other pro tip is each machine has its own number so safe for example for a machine 12, you don't push a one and two, but you push the 12 button. read more

A single star because I need to select one. What a terrible experience. It's not a way of behaving with customers. We come during opening time to do our laundry and there is only one washing machine left ( the most expensive). All the other ones were taken by the owners. No space to do laundry for other customers. Why do you write that it is open then? After 40 minutes we wanted to use one of the 6 dryers but they were all full with owners things and the answer of them was "you have to wait. Later later" like 1 hour because they had 3 rounds of their own laundry to do. One single question and they feel offented. Is that a way of chasing regular customers? Don't say you are open if not! This is NOT a full service laundry. I came by to drop off clothes, and waited a full half hour- there is literally no one working on site to take it, even though I was there during full business hours (3pm). Some backpackers came through and helped explain how to work the machines, so I ended up doing a load myself, and waiting next door at the cafe while it ran. Great pricing. 25€ for about 9 kg of clothing. They washed, dried, and folded it all for us. Reliable self-service laundry with full drop off laundering service as well. I used the latter and filled one of those extra large ziploc clothes bags and just made it under the 6 kg limit. My clothes were dropped off at 845am and the attendant told us to return anytime the same day after 12 noon and by 5 pm. Everything was cleaned and folded nicely and 15 Euros was definitely worth not sitting wasting precious vacation time doing laundry! 4 stars only because the attendant lost my ziploc bag. :( Otherwise a great service. read more

The crew here is amazing!! You can pay a small fee to have them take care of you so you can enjoy your time in Amsterdam, or do it yourself! I did it myself and was helped with locations and advise from locals! Several places to eat drink or chill out near by! Or you can pull a chair up inside and relax. I've done my laundry here once and it was fine so they don't get 1 star. I actually want to leave 2.5 but that's not an option... I checked Yelp and Google. It said their hours are 8a-10p. At 6p I took an Uber to drop off a bag of laundry. There was nobody there for full service. I called the number and the woman explained that they only take full service up to 5p. She explained that this information is on their website. The way she spoke to me let me know that she'd had this same conversation before. I then had to drag 2 bags of dirty laundry to my meeting at a restaurant. To be clear, on Yelp and Google, there's no mention of this. When I showed up at 6:30p, the sign outside said Full Service / Self Service. The easy remedy is to list this information on Google, Yelp and turn of the lighted sign saying "Full Service" after 5p. I'd bet the $20 euro cab ride I wasted that their analytics would show most of their web traffic is through Yelp and Google, not their site. (If someone is doing laundry, they're from out of town, probably searching on Google & Yelp). I found another laundrette closer to my hotel which was cheaper, faster and offered full service during all business hours. read more

Very clean establishment, easy to get to, lots of surrounding shops and food places for you to visit while waiting for your clothes to wash/dry. The attendant was very friendly and helpful. They offer single-use liquid and powder detergent and liquid fabric softener for 50¢ per load each. They also offer full-laundry service for 13€ per load, which includes wash, dry and fold, or you can do-it-yourself for 5.50€ per load (wash) and about 2€ (dry). Each load takes about 45 min to wash and about 30-40 to dry. It is a very nice and convenient place for travelers to wash their clothes at. I highly recommend it, even considering the price seems a bit steep because the service, cleanliness, and convenient location makes it worth it. read more

They have tried to post on Yelp that they don't take drop offs on Sunday but without success. However, since he was there, they took my entire bag of laundry and had it washed, dried, and even folded by the next day at 11. After expecting the friendly service, I was more than disappointed. I arrived hoping to get the full service wash while I could sightsee in the area, but when I arrived, there was no one available. After a ten minute wait, this older man strolled in and rushed me to get out and said that they were closed. I was very confused as there many loads of laundry still being washed. After I questioned him why they were closing, he mumbled something, and then said, fine, we're open. I told him I wanted to do a full wash service, he just looked at me blankly. I showed him my laundry, and it was only a small backpacks worth of stuff, not much at all, and he still looked at me blankly and then mumbled something about getting someone else, and rushed out the door again, leaving me confused as to what to do. My laundry on the counter, money in hand, he just left. After another ten minutes, I realized he wasn't coming back, so I just started a load by myself, trying to figure out the machines and how they worked. I finally got my load started and he came in and looked at me blankly again (was I suppose to be there? were they really closed?). I left for lunch and came back to put my clothes in the dryer. During my transfer time, he helped two people, and was extremely nice to them, spoke perfect English, and helped out. So I wondered, why couldn't' he do the same for me? Why was he trying to rush me out? Why couldn't he speak English to me? Is my English poor? Did he not understand me? Was my American accent too much? It's not too big of a deal that I had to wash my clothes myself, I was just hoping I could do the full service so I would have the afternoon to sight see. Unfortunately, I could only just hang around the area, get lunch, and peoplewatch. Not horrible, but not what I planned. I don't get it. Rave reviews here, but it was horrible for me. I got there right at 8 am on a Saturday morning and had the place all to my self. Washed and dried two loads for $17€. If I had planned better, I would have used the drop off service. Clean place with good machines. There are coffehouses and restaurants close by if you want to leave during your washing/drying cycle. Washing a load takes about 40 minutes and drying is 30 minutes. The staff answered my questions and were friendly. I will use their facility again next time I'm here. Detergents have fragrance. read more

This laundromat is amazing. The apartment we stayed in on Wolvenstraat did not have a washing machine, and my husband had only packed 8 pairs of underwear for our 15 day honeymoon. So, we were in a bit of a bind and needed to find somewhere to do laundry. But, we also did not want to spend the whole day doing laundry... so luckily this laundromat offers full service wash! 13 eu will get you 1 load washed, dried, and folded. Or you can pay 5,50eu for one load washed + 50 cents per 10 minutes of drying, I believe, for self-service. We opted for the full service and was very pleased!
