It's a tiny place and you might have to wait a while to get booked in (I had to wait four weeks this last time) but they do a fantastic job and they're very reasonable compared to other places. I got quotes ranging up to £700 for my last repair but they were the cheapest at £300 and it's as good as new. I get the feeling they're a small business who rely very much on word of mouth and who will do a good job at a good price without ripping you off. I can't even drop them a star for the waiting time because they're cheap and reliable and it's no hassle to use them. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Bit out the way for me but it's my nearest approved repairer (definitely covers Diamond and Elephant insurers, worth checking for others). It's a really busy place, so much so that it took a while (a month!) to get booked in after the quote was done (suspect part waiting on insurance approving work mind you) but they happily collected my car from my work which made my life so much easier! To keep me on the road, I was given a like-for-like curtesy car while they carried out repairs (thankfully not the wee putt-putt I was expecting!) so another tick there! The girls on reception kept me updated with progress and expected completion date which was handy, they were all really pleasant too. Now I'm no repairs expert but I'm really happy with the work done on my Fozzy Bear, he was even given a (much needed) clean inside and out!

The receptionist was very professional and helpful, and phoned me everyday to give me an update on the work. The driver returned my car on completion of the work and took away the courtesy car. The edge of the sill, an inch shiny, an inch dull with a straight line along it from tape. Took car straight to another body shop who condemned the work stating that it would need to be started over as 3 panels different colours. They can't believe we were even charged for it being unfinished. These guys should lose their insurance contracts - Esure is heavily looking into this and not happy at all. Garage wanted money paid for excess and to hand car back with panel missing and the decals on the side not replaced. Asked me to take the car but come back later at later date to finish it. They've completely ruined the side of our car. It now needs stripped and started again!

Eventually got it back last thing on a Friday and it had multiple faults which the guy from the garage who dropped it off failed to mention even though the car was beeping with the faults when driven. Had to wait a week for them to take it back. Shocking garage, shocking service and can't seem to do the basics.
