ROUGH - AVOID!! Tape hanging off car, overspray all over arch, overspray underneath car, taped the edge of a sill and sprayed it to cut corner. The edge of the sill, an inch shiny, an inch dull with a straight line along it from tape. Took car straight to another body shop who condemned the work stating that it would need to be started over as 3 panels different colours. They can't believe we were even charged for it being unfinished. These guys should lose their insurance contracts - Esure is heavily looking into this and not happy at all. Garage wanted money paid for excess and to hand car back with panel missing and the decals on the side not replaced. Asked me to take the car but come back later at later date to finish it. They've completely ruined the side of our car. It now needs stripped and started again! read more

Avoid this garage car was sent here via insurance company. They had the car for 10 weeks, terrible communication I had to phone them for updates. Was told twice I was getting the car only for it not to turn up and no one phoned. Eventually got it back last thing on a Friday and it had multiple faults which the guy from the garage who dropped it off failed to mention even though the car was beeping with the faults when driven. Had to wait a week for them to take it back. Shocking garage, shocking service and can't seem to do the basics. read more

Not Just for the 'Boy's'!! At last a garage where a woman can go and they are not going to be conned into things they don't need or made to feel as if they are stupid. After having an accident and my dream car being smashed, this company were put on the case. Their Rep came out and took my feelings into account and made me feel much better, stating not to worry about a thing and he would look after the car and keep me informed all along the way. He was true to his word. They are like a team at this garage and make you feel you and your vehicle are the only one they are looking after (when of course you are not). When they thought my car was going to be delivered, they took it for a test drive and were not happy, hence stated they were going to resolve this. Meantime, I had handed back my courtesy car and did not have a vehicle. They promptly loaned me a car (which they did not have to do). They have gone beyond the call of duty etc. I reccomend that women drivers, if required should use this garage and the team go around certain other garages training them how to deliver 'proper' customer service. read more
