I tried to make the second order and the same happened! This time paid with PayPal again just to see if the order is going through. - But not chance! They said the same - to pay the money into their bank account! Then I've made a third order but I paid with my card but not a chance, the same happened again! Don't bother of buying anything from them!!!

They also have a wide selection of accessories, and underwear downstairs too. They have a large amount of changing rooms, but being as popular as they are they are normally full. Upstairs are all the gorgeous low priced shoes, the mens clothes which there is a big range of and all the childrens clothes. There are always sale racks with kids clothes at reduced items too. There is a lift at the back of the shop it is a little hard to find but it is there for those with buggys ar disabilities. There are a wide range of clothes mostly for the younger generation. The staff always seem busy and to be honest are not to helpful. The clothes are all bright and there are many choices of colour in the same style clothes. The clothes are all very well priced and can be brought for very little. However if you buy cheap the quality will never be the best and these clothes are not the best. there is quite a good range of well priced shoes and jewellery.

The shelves are regularly stocked and if you ask any of the floor staff where an item is they are happy to show/advise you. The prices are very reasonable and there are always excellent deals on there products. They have a good sized restaurant/coffee shop with a varied menu, which is reasonably priced.

The shop is quits large with a wide selection of shoes, the thing I like is the fact that they put all the same sizes together in one place so you don't have to do to much rumaging. They also have a great kids section where you take your ticket out (like at a dehli in a supermarket) wait till your number is called. After they have tested the size and width of your childs feet they show how they should fit properly and check the shoes on them. They now have a new system where if you take your child from birth they will takes photos of each section of your childs first shoes/steps onwards which is a nice touch. The shoes are a little pricey but you pay for the quality or if you are a bargain hunter like me you cheat. I get my sons feet measured before they have a sale so I know what size he is then as soon as the sale is on I can get the great shoes at a reduced price.
