Hello to everyone,
I just bought a shoes from Clarks. Shoes alright, just had a little scratch on it. I asked for a discount at the till. One employee asked another one: "Is it 10 percent?". But there was a manager or owner called MARTIN of the store and interrupted them and told to me: "no discount".
I didnt understood why, because it HAS A SCRATCH, so it has a defect...I didnt asked for a huge discount, just a few pounds.
But Martin told me NO DISCOUNT again and again and asked me: "listen, you want to buy this shoes or not?". I didnt knew what to reply because he is forcing to say yes or no. I said: "add a shoe plug for free and that would be ok". After this Martin took the shoes from me and said to me: "BYE BYE NOW".
I really didnt understood whats happening. I said to him that he is being very rude and thats not the service. I never experienced such a service, when there is a item, which has a defect, shops employees are not giving to you any discounts and forcing to say YES or NO and after that taking the shoes from me and said to my face BYE BYE NOW.
After he said to me come to speak. So I came, we spoke that there is a problem, I explained that item has a defect but he said that he will not going to do any discounts. Just I am BUYING OR NOT.....
