SOMETHING'S MISSING HERE!…read more This is an interesting furniture and home decor store. It had a rustic/shabby chic vibe and reminded me of those stores that you might see in North Georgia cabin country. There wasn't much to see and it felt more like someone's workspace instead of a furniture store. They had two really nice arm chairs that were blocked with a sign that said "Please do not sit on me". Now, how in the world would you ever expect to sell a chair that can't be tested? Also, if you don't want customers sitting on the furniture, don't place it on the main floor or just place it in the window where there is no direct access. I understand that because these chairs were very light in color that they were concerned with them getting soiled but this sign just seemed inappropriate and out of place in a furniture store. Much of what I saw was very light in color so if you want a light decor, you could check out the options here. There are also decorative items to add a bit of visual interest or to complete a look. This store appeared to be staged for visitors to just walk in and out. It just didn't seem very customer friendly although the ladies working here were. I just left feeling confused. Was it me?

The owners/staff were absolutely amazing at helping with the surprise. They helped me do the purchase over the phone, responded quickly to questions, and offered to hold the chairs for me until I could get back to pick them up. When the day came, lo and behold, the chairs wouldn't fit in my car! Temporary panic, but no worries. Lori arranged for immediate delivery for a very reasonable price. Just one more reason to shop local instead of all the hassle of the chain stores! I was so pleased with this purchase, and I have recommended this store to other friends who love to fill their homes with unique pieces. Blue Fern is the real deal. You can get cheap reproductions of the farm house look anywhere, but Blue Fern has truly unique, carefully selected, quality items. So thrilled with the entire experience! Check them out when you are in downtown Newnan.

My parents used the same electrician for 20+ years and that is because he always did a great job,…read morewas reliable and they knew what they were getting. Of course, back in those days, one would just randomly pick someone from the yellow pages, as there were no review sites, just refers from those you knew. Today, times have changed, but not everything, when someone is good, you keep using them, especially a electrician and car mechanic. On with the review.... [ Introduction ] When my wife and I purchased our first house we just wanted something within our means and that meant getting an older house built in 1969. Everything was original and we needed bathroom fans, dryer outlet, a new oven and new stove cooking top. We hired one of those big companies and a guy name Matthew came over. He knew his trade well, was reliable and explained all the details, which is exactly what I liked. I love details. [ First Service Job ] Matthew installed the fans, oven, stove-top and dryer outlet. Of course he had to look at the electrical panel that was located in the "garage" to turn the power off and he noticed that our particular panel was a older model that was prone to cause fires (burn down a house) and that was scary to hear, but he explained why and I had him replace the whole panel. We just had our first child and obviously did not want to chance it. We had a Federal Pacific Stab-Lok electrical panel and I researched (as I do with almost everything) that roughly 90% of houses built from 1960-1980 had those installed. Many houses "burned down" because of them and yes, Federal Pacific is out of business! (if you don't believe it, look it up yourself) After Matthew replaced everything, the house looked great and we stayed there for a couple of years. I kept his information for future work and just recently discovered that he went the family approach, after leaving the very well known electrician company. [ Second Service Job ] We moved into a much newer house after having our second child and needed more light in our bedroom as it was extremely dark. I called Matthew and he came out to look at what we needed, shared his ideas on what would look the best and he went from there. He installed 6" recessed lights for the centre and 3" adjustable recessed lights on the outside of the ceiling. The lighting turned out beautifully and now finally, we have light in the room. [ Prices ] The prices are extremely affordable when comparing to other electricians and he does a great job at explaining the costs upfront. What I really like is that he does not over charge on the material, something others like to do. You pay what he pays for the material + the labor, which is exactly how it should be. Others should know that this type of work is not done by the hour, because every job is different. This job was completely different than our other house. With both projects, Matthew was never pushy about sales, he was very honest and upfront and that is very rare these days. [ Coming over ] Matthew came dressed as an electrician and he wore those shoe slip on cover things, which is great, because it shows he is professional and cares about our carpets. Now if only those Comcast cable installers would do the same thing. [ Licensed/Insured ] I already knew what I was getting the second time I called, but still it is good to know that others who read my review know these guys are state licensed master electricians and carry special insurance. As you can imagine, my regular car guy is a master mechanic too. When it comes to your house, or car, you want someone who knows what they are doing, not some amateur. [ Conclusion ] Finding someone who treats your home/car like it were their own is no easy task. When I deal with either one, I always want someone that is a master in their trade, so I know they are competent in doing the job right. Matthew at Plugged In Electrical Services always does the job right, he is honest and has probably saved my families life (no joke) when he changed out that dangerous panel. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use Matthew as our electrician for as long as we live in the state.

Very kind and polite and did a great job with installing a new GFCI circuit breaker and a new electrical outlet for our new dishwasher that we have to be installed.
