Ordered curtains in Feb 2025. They have not arrived even though the tracking says they shipped in March. I have emails from them which specifically say that you cannot answer the email. That makes it a one way conversation. So I called yesterday and spoke to a nice lady who said she can see that the order never actually shipped to me, but that she would take care of getting it shipped as it is already payed for $800! Then today I got an email stating that my order shipped in March. So I called again to make sure that it was resent yesterday. IT WAS NOT!! Instead I am told by the nice lady on the phone that she will REORDER it for me now and ship it. So I get an email with a new order and new order number that looks just like a bill to my account all over again for $800. I still have her on the phone so I tell her that I would need some email confirmation that this is a reorder and that I am not being charged again for curtains I never received. Well she talks to her "leadership" and comes back with "im sorry but I cannot do that". WHAT? So if i still dont' have my curtains and reference the number of the order that was paid for in Feb, is that going to be understood to be the order from today that should be marked already paid in full? Because what they sent me doesn't say paid, it actually has my credit card number and the amount!!! Maybe it will come alright and I will get curtains, but at this point I am not trusting. Why does the customer not get the same information clearly that the seller gets? Why couldn't they send me confirmation that this account is paid for? Christmas ornaments on sale for $10, so I ordered 5 of one ornament. But this Wichita store on 2030 N Rock Rd refuses to ship it. Will only take the online order if you pick it up! I called Customer Service, and he said the same thing. I live in Mission, KS, not driving to Wichita to pick these up! WHY are you selling ONLINE?!!! Jesus, take the wheel. My husband and I ordered a custom couch in late February. Very understandably Covid 19 caused problems with delivery of furniture but fast forward months and we still haven't received our couch, they've rescheduled the delivery for the 4th time and I've spent countless hours on hold trying to find a way to manage our problem. It's an endless loop of different customer service departments where no-one will take charge. The problem started when my building requested safety paperwork because of Covid 19 and an insurance certificate. Long story short I've exchanged tons of emails and called their delivery partner CRB many times. I was assured the paperwork would be completed 24 hours before delivery, I even called to confirm that it had been sent (twice), my building manager says she never received anything. When we couldn't get the paperwork finished in time for the first delivery, we scheduled another delivery a month later. Again, no paperwork AND they just didn't show up! No call or anything!! We have no couch right now so I called to have the delivery rescheduled ASAP. After holding AGAIN (for more than 1 hour) I found one nice person to help and she got it scheduled for 3 days later. We just got an email we've been rescheduled for Saturday. Our building doesn't take deliveries on the weekend, which I've communicated to at least 5 different people throughout the process. I am currently on hold for what feels like the 100th time after being promised a supervisor. (my phone clocks it in at 54 min so far) This was an expensive custom couch order. I can't imagine what happens if it's a smaller item. I'm serious, NEVER buy things from Pottery Barn!!! read more

The Wichita store is great, so long as you can purchase your item in store and not have to special order or deliver. I am frustrated with the company's customer support, delivery, and follow up. I have spent many valuable hours trying to work out what should have been a routine delivery. Was supposed to receive my item September 18th, now may get it by November 12th. It's just sitting in a warehouse. Super frustrating. read more
