I used to struggle with finding the right balance, but I discovered that their Design Center has a service where a design consultant will come to your home and help you choose the best organizers to make your space as efficient as possible. It is a free service. With the holidays fast approaching, I needed to find some fun stocking stuffers, and of course, The Container Store was my must stop. They have a great selection, including charming calendars, creative origami plant kits, stylish desk organizers, and much more. Some of the products were on sale and worth the price .. some were expensive . Wish there were sign boards to tell which products are where . It's so much of walking around and looking for what we need .. loved their side tables , accents etc. nice and stylish . Wish there were more employees to help.. some products were on top shelf and getting someone to help always took time . Lots of parking outside . This place is absolutely huge - occupying the former Sam's Club location and filling it with more sad sack area rugs and disposable furniture than you can possible absorb in one overwhelming visit. At Home is literally a vast downscale showroom servicing all of your future re-gifting needs. As you stroll the concrete floor navigating the endless maze of 12-foot steel shelving one stark truth emerges, nothing here is of particularly high quality right down to Huey Lewis' Greatest Hits serenading your every step. Although the affirmational "Farmers Harvest Love" throw pillow might add some much needed kitsch to my attic. Nothing here really screams you got a deal and that's the disappointment. Never has so much space been dedicated to so little of so little quality. Two stars for Huey Lewis' Greatest Hits. A CD that I will be re-gifting shortly.

I'm not a fan of shopping in general unless it's for food. I can easily put off buying things I…read moreneed or that would make my home more comfy almost indefinitely when faced with the prospect of having to walk around stores like this. (TJ max, Home sense, Marshall's etc) I came here twice recently because they were one of the few places that carried wine racks. There are several sources online, and most big box stores like Lowe's and HD carry them, but ONLY online. Someone who does frequent places like this alerted me to their existence so I made the effort to look. When I finally found them I was surprised that the size of one was almost perfect, as was the amount of bottles it could hold. In my mind I was picturing all wood, so I decided to look at a sister store, Home Sense, to see if they had others. They had an all wood version that was larger but held fewer bottles. I came back the next day with a shopping cart and purchased the floor model. Here's where I find fault with places like this, surely this item came packaged in a box? Why not keep a few in the boxes so they don't get damaged? There were scuffs on one side, and the distressed wood top had a slight flaw too. And I'm sure as the furniture gets bigger here, there's more of an opportunity for those items to be damaged by other shoppers. The same goes for almost all items, they seem to be haphazardly merchandised and then overstocked. What I was a fan of is the customer service. I needed help on my first visit and the associate I encountered was cheerful and friendly and showed me the secret location. The same was true the next day but by a different employee, and then again at the register by the cashier. I ultimately opened up a credit card to get a 10% off coupon, but I do need a few other things from here so I'll be back. 3.5, nothing personal Yelps

We looked at a bedroom set that the salesman kept on repeating to us that it is made "EXCLUSIVELY" for Thomasville Furniture. After my wife and I decided to purchase, we were given a hand written sales order without any details as to what make we bought or model, just the pieces. My 1st red flag. After we agreed to the 45% deposit, we were handed the receipt and basically dismissed. Upon a closer examination at our sales order we called and asked them to put some kind of model or "name of" the furniture we purchased. When we returned to the store, the salesman added "BROYHILL" to our receipt and initialed it. AND continued to assure us that this model was an exclusive with Thomasville. Red flag #2. When I returned home I immediately Googled Broyhill and looked up their bedroom sets. To my surprise, there was our exclusive set. With a name to boot. Here's the funny part. When you click on a dining room set you like or a single piece you can also click on "FIND STORE". The first store that pop's up is "VALUE CITY" and the one's after include Raymor & Flanagan. When I called one of the store's and gave them the SKU #'s (which can be found on the Broyhill site) they said they would call back with a purchase price. That price was 22% lower off the bat (with a follow-up email) than Thomasville of Princeton. Needless to say we cancelled at Thomasville. We are so turned off by the process that we are not purchasing anything. I guess the old time USED CAR salesmen have found a home in the furniture industry. Because Car Dealerships today will not tolerate outright LIES to customers.......... "EXCLUSIVE TO THOMASVILLE FURNITURE". I'LL NEVER FORGET THAT OUTRIGHT LIE..................

It is comfortably alive, which is more than can be said for much of modern retail. The Barnes and Noble alone is reason enough to show up. It is a proper bookstore where you can wander, browse, and briefly pretend the internet isn't actively murdering print media. I also enjoy the little AMC theater, which is perfectly fine as long as you are seeing a movie that does not demand the thunder and spectacle of IMAX. Sometimes a modest screen, a bag of popcorn and a plush recliner are more than enough. The place is rarely crowded, which makes errands feel less like combat and more like a calm agreement between shoppers and time itself. That said, I am hoping something interesting eventually replaces the recently shuttered Bahama Breeze. The space feels like it wants to be fed a new idea. Time will tell whether that happens. Four stars for being pleasant, functional, and quietly resisting extinction. In this era, that feels like an accomplishment.
